On the upper flat 4 are part of the land we have already built a Guesthouse for 2-3 sleeping. It’s 25 m2 and fully equipped for comfortable living. Built with high quality material (ceramic roof, rattan inner roof, ceramic on walls, roller blinds etc.) , a comfortable king size bed, kitchen, fridge, freezer and big panorama sliding windows towards the views mentioned above. Electricity and water is on site. Rainwater is collected via high quality rain gutters around the roof and stored in tanks. The Wi-Fi is stable and fast as we are close to high towers receiving the internet signals. A western toilet is on site.
The lower sloping 4 are part of land is already landscaped in terraces. Separated with stone walls and connected via staircases. Each terrace has its own water supply as we have created gardens there.
The access to this land is very easy and straightforward, 200 m from Jalan Munduk Wanagiri.. We have built carport for 2-3 cars. The carports are closed with two sliding doors.
Our 8-are land is surrounded by walls defining the area of the plot. The walls are high enough to protect and separate this land from other, and low enough not to take away the great views.

The climate up in the mountains, on ca 1200 meters, feels good for soul and. As a change and contrast to the much warmer climate in Jimbaran and southern Bali, where we have our regular living. Its 17-18 degrees Celsius night-time and goes, during the day, up to around 24-25. Fresh clean air. No need for air-cons at this place.
We like to sell this paradise as we have changed our plans and do not have enough time to go up there to enjoy it very often. The only action now that is left is to build the bigger house, everything else is on place. We have decided to leave this final action of building the house to the new owners. So they can do it with their own taste and budget.
It’s possible to use this land for many purposes: Just for enjoying this beautiful and fast developing part of Bali, building a family home, investment, building bungalows for renting out, gardening et etc. Or why not as a holiday home for someone that lives in south Bali wanting to, now and then, escape the heat of that part of the island.
