Let’s follow us on a trip throughout the villa, starting from the seaside.

A wide staircase rises from the pebble beach at high tide, sand beach during low tide, up to the first terraces by the sea just above the high tide line. It is wonderful to sit here in the spray of the waves and enjoy the sun, sea and tranquility.

In our 3.000 square meters of garden, ponds and statues right by the sea with private entrance, we have a semi-circular building with 4 large bedrooms, each with AC, bathroom, separate toilet, large terraces and most important, a full ocean view.

Furthermore, a detached bungalow of 8x8 meters with terrace, bathroom and separate toilet, large bedroom with a view over the garden, swimming pool including waterfall and of course the ocean.

A two-story building containing two large rooms of 7x8 meters each. Again, also these rooms are equipped with shower and separate toilet. The rooms are overlooking the pool and ocean from the large terraces.

All rooms are fully equipped with AC, hot and cold water, Wi-Fi 30Mbps and are situated in the spacious garden without disturbing each other.

There is a massage gazebo with two treatment tables and running water.

The pool is 11 x 8 meters large and 1.85 meter deep. The crystal-clear water is filtered with silica filters, done by two pumps.

In the swimming pool you will find a waterfall. This waterfall has a drop of 2.50 meters and also serves as an extra element to get more oxygen in the swimming water.

In addition, it is wonderful to sit on the sofa that is located right under the waterfall.

There are three large fish ponds, connected by a bridge. These ponds are covered with pink and white lotus, blue and white-water lilies and inhabited by countless fish that have lived in the ponds for a long time.

Every now and then a fish is taken out by a monitor lizard that comes from the neighbors to score a tasty snack, which provides a beautiful sight.

Next to the fish ponds is a large coconut palm with our Romantic Bamboo Tree Hut. Sleeping upstairs in the great outdoors and enjoying the sound of the waves, birds and the rustle of the wind.

Downstairs is the bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.

Across the ponds is the restaurant with seats for thirty guests. Good furniture and guest toilet.

Next to it is a family room where a family with small children can stay, located a little further from the pool for safety reasons. In the family room, two adults can sleep in the double queen bed, two in the bunk beds and there is still room to place two single beds. Baby cots are also available, as are baby baths, etc.

the bathroom is separate with toilet, shower and washbasins.

In addition, there is a workshop annex warehouse of 6x8 meters for tools and parts.

The kitchen is next to the warehouse and is 5 x 8 meters large and fully equipped.

Not very modern but very user-friendly.

Behind the kitchen we have a pizza oven with smoker box to smoke meat or fish, such as hams or smoked sausage.

Behind it is the garden with fruit trees such as avocado, jeruk, mango and jeruti. There is also a well-performing Jack fruit tree.

More to the right are the garages for motorcycles and cars. The entrance is four meters wide, large enough for buses or trucks. The road continues up to the pool where grassy paving provides a paved parking area.

Back up, from the entrance with a bend to the right and left you come to the "big" house.

Two floors, outside dimensions below 10.50 x 10 meters, above 10.50 x 5 meters.

Downstairs outside living room 10 x 5 with antique wall from Istana Djokja where the stairs are also located.

The master bedroom is large with shower and separate toilet, walk-in closet including safe and many storage shelves.

The top floor is divided into three bedrooms, bathroom, sink and separate toilet.

There is also a large balcony running over the full length of the villa.

Descending via the stairs to the garden from the living room, you come to the fish ponds and the bale on the bank of the central fish pond.

The path winds through the garden up to the pool and stairs to the pump room which is below the bale by the pool.

There is also a meadow with grass for sunbathing, and here is also the well where we get water for the swimming pool and garden.

There is also a daybed that hangs in ropes and serves as a large porch swing.

The water for bathrooms and kitchen comes from outside from two different water companies.
