The villa is nestled between traditional Balinese family compounds which give you an authentic insight of the local hospitality, food and relaxed lifestyle. Each Villa has an open plan living area with a spacious western kitchen, fully equipped and an outdoor bathroom with toilet. On the upper floor is an air-conditioned master bedroom with adjoining guest room and an en-suite bathroom.

Each villa has 90 sqm living space on two levels with an outdoor terrace facing pool and garden. Natural material and architectural elements separates the terraces to secure the privacy of both units. The 30 m² infinity pool (4 m x 8.5 m) and the pool shower are shared between the units. For the planning, construction and the furnishing of the villa the focus was on using natural, sustainable materials like coconut wood, rattan, bamboo and natural stone. 

The 65m deep well on the property provides crystal clear water in drinking water quality. The sewage system contains of a 4-chamber biological septic tank. There is 10 Mbit/s fibre optic internet (can be upgraded to 50 Mbit/s at any time) (Wi-Fi) available throughout the entire villa and garden. 

Villa Layout Ground Floor: 

Large open living area with cable SmartTV and Blu-ray entertainment system spacious western kitchen fully equipped. Open bathroom with hot water outdoor shower. Upper Floor: Spacious master bedroom with air condition. Guest / Kids room with sofa bed, air conditioned. En-suite bathroom. An 10 m² storage room with washing machine is connected to one of the villas.

A second storage room close by has been rented for 2 years and is used as space for the staff and guest supplies. It can be extended any time also for longer period.
