Rental license:
To officially rent out a villa in Bali you will need a rental license, a so called “Ijin Pondok Wisata”. These rental licenses are difficult to obtain, expensive and highly time consuming. However our villa "Kembang Sepatu" is equipped with such a rental license so you can immediately start with renting out the villa to obtain a return on investment.
The staff:
If you desire our staff can continue to work for the new owner. Our staff is a married young couple and both attended the School of Tourism in Bali. Meals can be prepared without any problems, both speak good English and are familiar with computers, internet and report on a regular base about financial matters to us, owners. Daily the house is cleaned by them and the garden as well. They can do the groceries for you before they arrive each day at work so they can cook for you using fresh ingredients. All of course in consultation with you or the guests.
